Job Description

  • Final check for all orders for accuracy before warehouse loading
  • Prioritize loading of trailers with warehouse operations
  • Manage daily loading and unloading to meet all cutoffs and coordinate with outside carriers
  • Inform CSRs when orders are ready and redistribute paperwork to them in a timely manner
  • Greet and direct all drivers to proper location for loading
  • Verify driver pickup information and ensure copy of driver’s license is made and placed with paperwork
  • Maintain in/out record of outside carriers via driver sign-in sheet
  • Allocate containers to order paperwork and in Frontier systems
  • Generate, maintain and distribute daily reports to CSRs, Intermodal and Terminal Managers
  • Input and manage daily shipping pictures
  • Give directions to facility
  • Copy bills/paperwork
  • Coordinates express shipments via FedEx or UPS
  • Maintain visitor log if there is no Receptionist at respective terminal

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional office administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
